Implement cloud platform strategy and transition workload migration to SRE
Our client is a platform provider for online gaming applications. Often they faced fragmented operator and developer experience as they were running multiple applications across different clouds. Besides solving this issue, they were also keen about getting timely support in maintaining their workloads.
We split the project into two phases:
Native Cloud Solution: We Conceptualized and built a multicloud platform using Tanzu (TKGm, TO, TMC, TSM) and migrated the applications to the new platform. This helped in providing a single pane of glass for the platform operator with a consistent platform experience across all clouds.
Support Solution: To stabilize the operations of the migrated workload and ensure reliability of the services we entered into
the SRE partnership.
