The slogan of d.o reads "Come for the software, stay for the community." Srijan has a active contribution in terms of modules, case studies and community sponsorship, the details of which can be read here.
Contributing a module to the community can be a bit difficult as it is hard to think of an idea and submit a module but contribution towards the community is not just limited to contributing module. There are couple of other things like reviewing project applications, contribution towards d.o. documentation and many more. The ways of getting involved with the community is listed here. We took a couple of initiatives at Srijan Dhauladhar. Some of them were translations but that initiative came as a wave and went away. But recently we have been actively reviewing projects on d.o. and this is one such initiative which we plan to set as a culture. Reviewing a module is a great learning experience and personally I have learnt a lot and it is sort of getting fun :).
